I ordered two backpacks from Magnolia Bags—one white and one pink and my experience was absolutely excellent.
Right from the start, the customer care team was amazing. Instant replies, quick query resolution, very polite, and extremely helpful. They kept coordinating with me and provided regular updates until delivery.
As advised by the customer care executive, I made a video while opening the package in case of any defect or damage. When I received the bags, I noticed a small minor spot on the white bag. I immediately informed them, and the response was outstanding. Sajid from customer care called me right away and reassured me, saying, “Madam, don’t worry, we will replace it and send the same product tomorrow.”
I also requested if it was possible to exchange both bags and get both in white instead of one pink. Sajid was very kind and helpful—he agreed immediately and coordinated with the Mumbai retail store manager, Rupesh. Rupesh also called me personally, coordinated everything smoothly, and ensured the exchange was done without any hassle.
Both bags were exchanged and delivered in perfect condition.
About the product:
Excellent quality—soft leather, very smooth finish, big and spacious. A 14-inch laptop fits comfortably.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the product and the customer service. Truly excellent experience. Highly recommended!
